At first it seemed like an easy option... nice managers...great flexibility with the schedule.
Cons
I literally went to orientation then I never got a call back. I had to call and ask for my training schedule which consisted of the manager getting nasty with me. I was taken aback. The job market being what it is I sucked it up and was scheduled finally for training. Again after that I was told they would call me with my schedule... I never received a call. A week went by I called and they had no clue who I was and the customer service associate actually put me on hold five times. The manager again gave me attitude. Needless to say I didn't get a schedule. Now I get a call back saying what happened to me and I'm scheduled for next week...never mind I have no idea what I'm doing.
