Pros
It is a last resort before becoming homeless. This job will allow you to get a paycheck to eat and cover some bills, thats about it. If you enjoy doing everything on your own, having management get the credit for it, and then not even be fairly compensated for the work, this is the place for you!!
Cons
The managers seem to love to sit in the office and do nothing at all. Really the only thing that the managers do consistently is mess up the store walk sheet which tells you the staff for the day and the back up duties. They can't even put the right names and times on there. They also find it very fun to cut cut cut payroll. Kind of a conflict of interest when you consider they get payroll bonuses for being under. Now you wonder how they have such low prices, they rip off the employee and smile while doing it. Thanks Kohls.
