      Some presence in Consumer Some legacy clients Good at presenting in RPO client pitches, however generally information is baffling and over the top

      Poor management No direction from senior management No transparency Non existent relationship with Korn Ferry Poor compensation and benefits compared to competitors No sharing of information No flexibility with regards to fees

      Pros

      Work from home gives flexibility, time off is good.

      Cons

      No raises ever, bonuses are not a motivator nor an indicator of the work you do. No one seems to know why you receive the bonus you do, it is just from a spreadsheet handed to your direct manager who apparently has no influence in the decision. Raises never happen and no one can answer if they are coming or not—you just never get one.
