Cons
Communication is lacking -- direct managers don't have any information or insight into business changes, business functions outside of their own, or the pay/bonus information for their team.
Pay & Benefits -- benefits have gone up significantly but we haven't had raises in at least 4 years and bonuses are unclear and inconsistent.
No Growth Opportunities -- very little opportunity to progress your career.
Long hours -- depending on what team you are aligned with, you may work an 8 hour day or you may work a 12+ hour day and when you are over capacity there is no help coming.
