Pros
Great managers, good work-life balance, no micro-management. Company name looks good on resume.
Cons
They keep lying to their employees (making empty promises), promotions are not based on performance (seem to be based more on who you are liked by or how you look), hire and fire people constantly. They sometimes fire entire new-hire groups before they are even finished with training. Hire temps and keep them as temps, instead of actually hiring people and giving them decent pay and benefits.
