Pros
Benefits such as parental leave, unlimited PTO, student loan payments, and flexible work schedule are nice
Cons
Very little loyalty to workers. There were 3-4 major layoffs in the past 3 years. Management really determines your job satisfaction, and can make or break your feelings about the job. Raises do not meet inflation, and salary is less than optimal for the work done.
