Innovation only limited to the platforms company cares for. HR technically doesn’t exist and so does Senior management. Management positions are filled with incompetent, insecure people afraid of change and only care for their job titles and salary. It is about who you know in the company and not about what you know or can do. It is amazing to see such company culture in this era and it is getting worse.
