Pros

Salary potential lots of nice people. Book of business. Flexible. Recession proof. Be wary of passing the exams to start selling.

Cons

Bad management..tests are hard and you barely have time to study for them. Murky waters with conp. Plans. You just find your way then its ok.

Pros

Highly competitive compensation, generous annual bonuses, and excellent bonuses such as 401(k) matching and annual credits, tuition reimbursement, childcare support, affordable healthcare, vision, dental, and additional unique benefits for all stages of life and discounts for fun things like shopping and products that may be of desire!

Cons

It is a competitive place for high performers, but it is motivating and not intimidating in my opinion!

Pros

Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

Cons

They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
