      Pros

      I have been employed for a year and I still love the corporate culture. Most people I have interacted with are bright, positive, and professional. I feel like I belong in a big team with the ease of building a strong work related-relationship. I was presented opportunities to work on big projects and I've had some of the best managers in my lifetime here. (I've heard there were bad managers too).

      Cons

      I do have one person that made my work environment uncomfortable.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
