- Significant opportunity for career progression - Vast training and development resources - Growing company with a very bright senior & executive management team
Cons
- Essentially impossible to get fired unless you significantly violate an HR policy (basically, there's lots of dead weight) - Certain groups significantly outperform others yet are paid similar salaries (partially a function of the aforementioned con)
