      I love the culture, diversity, benefits, and salary is ok

      Cons

      I can only speak for the department i worked in.. ridiculous workload, understaffed, everyone in the department is stressed due to the high volume of claims. There are no real resolutions to fix the issue.. ive never worked in a department where EVERYONE was stressed beyond measures

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
