Pros

Benefits are okay, there are some interesting projects (at least in insurance terms) that are available

Cons

Huge disconnect with every claims office and the home office. Representatives and corporate employees do not get treated the same and are often not on the same page. This is a review of the culture in the home office. DIVERSITY! DIVERSITY! DIVERSITY! The home office is so focused on telling you how diverse and inclusive it is that you almost need to ask, "Why are you shoving this in our face so much? Just let me work." People in the home office seem to want to always talk about what they did before joining Liberty. And that's fine in an initial introduction, but not when you are constantly working with them (and don't do it if your previous research doesn't apply to the insurance industry at all). This is different for young employees in their 20s, but when you're in your mid-30s and later you probably should let your college research go. No one cares if you did it at Harvard. Especially if the field isn't insurance or financial based. Everything moves very slow. Insurance is a conservative industry in terms of financials, but Liberty is even more conservative than the likes of Geico or Allstate. Being a large company also has a lot of bureaucracy built in. Getting anything in a timely manner is a hassle.

Pros

Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

Cons

Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
