Pros
Competitive salary and decent benefits
Cons
Corporate bull at its best. There's lots of talk about "doing the right thing" and "transparency," but you're screwed if you voice concerns or fail to follow the party line. The forced nicey nice culture results in people smiling in your face while vindictively stabbing you in the back. And the diversity is great if you factor in the cafeteria workers, who almost to a T (excluding the managers) comprise minorities groups. Otherwise a stroll around the corporate offices is like looking at a sea of Mormons. Change seems to come as a result of low NPS and eNPS scores, not because management actually cares (despite what they tell you ad nauseam). This company exemplifies the concept of golden handcuffs.
