      Literally nothing at all. Truly awful.

      Cons

      Working at Liberty Mutual is detrimental to one’s mental health. Management does not care about their employees at all, plays favorites to the extreme, and consists of numerous ethically questionable practices. Avoid a lifetime of emotional scarring and stay far away.

      Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

      Cons

      They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
