Pros
Good values, leadership is pretty solid, flexible working arrangements, pay is competitive in the door, good amount of vacation
Cons
health insurance options are so so (fairly high deductibles), some management employees are legacy employees that have inherited their role and are less skilled than current market options, culture is definitely evolving but slowly, a fair amount of recent turnover, annual raises are not up to par with the market, DE&I feels overinflated
