-Non-toxic, positive, encouraging work environment -Encourages you to progress in your career -Loved working with every single person from colleagues to supervisor each day -Very organized onboarding/training program -Focuses on work-life balance -Amazing perks/benefits -Case load isn't as bad as other case management jobs, if you tend to get higher up on case load simply communicate to manager and see how to offset or close cases/lower case load count -They seem to pick amazing people, my colleagues were so great to work with
Cons
Cons are not particular to the company, its more for the type of nurse you are, if you like hands-on medical practice this isn't for you, if you like more of the administrative or business-side of nursing, you'd like this career.

Liberty Mutual genuinely lives its people-first values. I have real work-life balance and feel trusted and supported by both leadership and my peers. The culture is inclusive - I can bring my full, authentic self to work every day, and the Employee Resource Groups create true community and belonging. The growth opportunities are endless: between internal mobility, Short-Term Assignments (STAs), mentorship programs, and cross-functional projects, I've been able to build new skills and visibility across the enterprise well beyond my core role. The company invests in your development and genuinely wants to see you succeed.
Cons
With so many opportunities, committees, and ERGs to get involved in, it's easy to take on too much. Being intentional about where you focus your time is key to protecting that great work-life balance.
It's a large enterprise, so it can take time to learn how to navigate all the resources and pathways available. More centralized visibility into open STAs and mobility opportunities would make them even easier to pursue.
