Pros
Benefits are good, not great for a company this size, WFH continues to be an option,
Cons
You'll be treated like the number you are. Don't let the corporate facade of happy people in happy places get you. You'll be a number who reports to another number who reports to another number and you'll all just be numbers together on a spreadsheet. When you're an outlier number.. you'll always have to explain why and you'll always be asked why you can't do more. These corporations do not care about you & they never will. They will tell you they do, they will throw parties, they will throw you money.. but in the end, when you no longer serve them.. you're out. If you work for another corporation writing estimates.. don't expense grass to be greener over here. If you're looking to get into a job for the first time.. I'd recommend you run. Go follow your passion instead. Don't make yourself comfortable with the salary & the benefits of any corporate job. You'll be stuck & next thing you know you've had an unhappy 25 years serving someone else.
