      Competitive pay and benefits, use of PTO encouraged, direct management is fair

      Cons

      Even though you have some influence over your schedule you can get pressed for short notice/rush request that blow up your schedule. Training and career progression is available but you really have to grind to stuff those hours into your work load.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
