      Pros

      Liberty is a great place to work. Pretty much everyone is kind, understanding, and cares about the work they're doing. Liberty takes care of their employees and for the most part puts us first.

      Cons

      Liberty mandated RTO 2 days a week after being fully remote for COVID. They've gotten a very large amount of feedback on this, and yet still refuses to return to optional office visits.

      pay was decent, FTO was good

      Cons

      EVERYTHING. I have never been discriminated so much by a company before. Hard work means NOTHING. You are expected to work tons of free OT just to keep up with the unbearable work load, and your manager will only complain what you DIDNT do.
