Pros
- Benefits are fair to the market with some great offerings (e.g., adoption assistance, back up daycare days) - Flexibility for exempt employees - Fair salary - The addition of Veteran's Day and Juneteenth as holidays
Cons
- The new CEO and leadership team prioritize profits over all else. In the past we have emphasized wanting to be a Best Place to Work, but all that has changed in the past 18 months. The CEO is ramming forward with change after change that has completely dismantled the culture of what this company once was. Nearly everyone is unhappy and neither the CEO or Board is doing anything to right the ship. - Many benefits we once had are being stripped away one by one (e.g., ability to have remote positions, very little ways to reward employees outside of their basic salary, no offsite meetings except for executive level) - Return to office by miles. 50 miles in Indiana vs. 50 miles around Boston are VERY different commutes. - A lack of leadership. True leaders inspire those who follow to do great things. Our c-suite has inspired a dictatorship that is slowly permeating into all levels.
