EVERYTHING. 60 hour work weeks, constantly changing software, systems, procedures and policies. ZERO work life balance, impossible to get a raise. The policy is to get it done, quickly and their version of correct. If you are off by $1.42, you are yelled at and no raise. 5 people left, no one was replaced.
