      Great place to learn claims, will get you licensed while paid, coworkers were nice

      Cons

      raises are minimal expect to search for new company after 3 years of employment to get more money, they do not promote without a 4 year education, some middle level managers will stifle growth to promote others

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
