Pros
Flexible hours allow you to work as you please. You can come in and leave whenever you like as long as you stay within the guidelines. Another pro are the great benefits including insurance, vacations, and 401K
Cons
Most of your business comes from government, so it relies on government spending. Another con is they offer certain benefits to entice you to join, such as Summer Flex (which allows you to take every other Friday off) but you are not encouraged to actually do so
