I will say they have good benefits

From the outside, it looks like a great place to work. Promotions take eternity, no bonus, yearly raise is less than 1.5, poor management. Management talks to you like your not even a person. My team was around 6 people after a year it dropped to 1-2 people. They all quit including me.
