Pros
My work schedule is 4 days per week. I work from home unless I have to go into the office for some reason. The work environment and culture is pretty good. Very diverse workforce.
Cons
Not as technical of work as I would have wanted (but this depends on your role). It feels old-school and promotions can be a bit slow.
