      The senior leadership is very competent and there are many opportunities to move around in your career. The offer great benefits and the work that you do is fulfilling.

      Cons

      The work is diluted for lower level employees. The employees have a very specific role which does not allow them to see the entire picture.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
