Pros
Great company with good benefits. I worked on a military installation as a instructor and course coordinator. Corporate Leadership was engaged in our program and supported its employees. My program manager was one of the best leaders / bosses I've ever worked for.
Cons
LM is a very large corporation engaged in serving the defense industry. At time the human resources personnel seemed out of touch with those on the ground and pushed out redundant HR corporate training materials by the boat load. These programs often took employees away from the important work LM payed us to perform.
