Pros

some good people around nothing to specifically to tell.

Cons

You have shown the door for the people who have given their blood and sweat for the company since long years of serving with honest and sincerity on few people advice hats off. It is understandable that business needs will change according to the time but there are some ethics which are driving force in any company to run on profits that is employee welfare you are totally failed now employees are on the road.

Pros

Very mission driven and purposeful organization. Collaborative, no ego culture with strong teamwork. Employees are treated like adults and trusted to deliver. Competitive salaries that are aligned with the market. The recruitment process was great - super supportive team who shares what you actually need to know.

Cons

Frequent changes in 2025 created periods of internal confusion. The work is demanding and not for the faint of heart, though clarity and direction are much stronger heading into 2026. Benefits are a bit outdated and could use an update. Security here is no joke, you constantly have to sign in and the firewalls are very active. Also - we use Dell not Mac computers here.

Pros

I am proud to be a member of the Lumeris family, a mission focused company deploying technology to reduce friction for patients and health care providers through more thoughtful care navigation, healthcare gap closure and chronic disease management. The solution is premised on the fact that health happens between healthcare points of contact and that meeting patients more real-time using technology allows for more predictive, proactive, preventive and personalized care. The experience with Lumeris in my short time here has been amazing. I cannot say enough great things about my interview and recruitment process. While the interviewers sought to learn about me and my ability to impact and fit into the culture, the transparency of the leaders that interviewed me is unmatched with any previous interview experience. The time, energy, access and attention they gave me made my decision to join a slam dunk. The connection and communication with the People and Culture team was fantastic - I was kept informed throughout the whole process about what to expect and at decision time negotiations were thoughtful, respectful and solution oriented. My onboarding was efficient and effective allowing me to understand organizational history, structure and rationale for product and market decisions - the North Star of better patient outcomes was evident in the energy and acumen of the onboarding team. Finally, I am grateful to be a part of a talented team of technical and clinician professionals all laser focused on organizational success and healthcare impact.

Cons

No cons noted throughout my recruitment, onboarding and first few months.
