      *Good discount That’s about it. I can’t think of anything else

      Cons

      *No upper management structure. Your Store Manager is the end-all-be-all, which is fine if your store manager is cool but sucks when your store manager is awful. *Absolutely zero opportunity for advancement *They don’t care what your career aspirations are. I wanted to join the training team, but kept getting pushed towards the MIT role by both the manager and retail support. *No HR. Good Karma is non-existent. I know for a fact that the store manager where I worked was reported 3 times and no action was taken. *Let’s be real: there’s no science behind the products. No one in the company knows what the hell they’re doing. The products don’t work at all.

      Discounts, we got 50% off of most items

      Unhygienic, stressful, money hungry, fear monger. Unprofessional managers both as an employee and customer. Never experienced such low life conditions, manager brought in animal multiple times in store, and made staff clean its pee. Customers were floored, inexcusable and HR is unresponsive. The bathroom is disgusting, and inaccessible. I cannot imagine any one with a physical disability being able to use the restroom. It was so difficult to suck in your stomach, then trip on box after box. They BLOCK the fridge and made us put our food in our tiny lockers. Manager is too comfortable with the amount of time spent within the company to ever fear facing any consequences or repercussions. Even fired staff in the past for contacting HR for help.
