Pros

I am writing in English because it is meant for English speakers. If you speak fluent German then I think it doesn't make much sense to apply for Lush manufacture jobs (better options in the area). - friendly, international, non-discriminatory - don't care much about your formal education (if you have a degree and cannot get Anerkennung then you have good options here) - strong preference for internal promotion (and everybody has a chance) - friendly, international, mostly good mood on the workplace

Cons

- below-average salaries (AFAIK on all kinds of positions); no chemistry Tarif for people who work in production (thus with chemicals) - below-average organisation (overtimes around Christmas, approving holidays, temporary contract renewal... last time changes, hard to get proper information soon enough) - some people speak only English or only German, so communication can get tricky

Pros

Excellent inclusive company culture, employee discount, learning about natural ingredients for skincare, genuinely great and engaged team members, flexible work schedule for part time or casual positions.

Cons

High amount of work, unreasonable "evidence driven" feedback and coaching models, and unrealistic performance metrics for comically low pay, especially for floor coordinators. No additional pay given for specialty roles, which is many enhanced responsibilities over a specific area of the business, and little opportunity for career growth beyond the sales floor unless you are hired from an external management position. Floor Coordinator seems to be the highest rung most people can hit before being driven elsewhere.
