      Pros

      - great discount - flexible work environment - can be quite an accessible job if you have no relevant qualifications/experience but you still have people skills - fun work environment - nice for a fast-paced, part time job to fill your time with - grows your interpersonal skills

      Cons

      - communication from head office can be very unorganised and inconsistent - can become quite cliquey quite fast - few oppurtunities or abilities for growth within the company, especially if you work part time - training felt quite poor and rushed at times, with some parts of the job being completely looked over

      Unhygienic, stressful, money hungry, fear monger. Unprofessional managers both as an employee and customer. Never experienced such low life conditions, manager brought in animal multiple times in store, and made staff clean its pee. Customers were floored, inexcusable and HR is unresponsive. The bathroom is disgusting, and inaccessible. I cannot imagine any one with a physical disability being able to use the restroom. It was so difficult to suck in your stomach, then trip on box after box. They BLOCK the fridge and made us put our food in our tiny lockers. Manager is too comfortable with the amount of time spent within the company to ever fear facing any consequences or repercussions. Even fired staff in the past for contacting HR for help.
