      Pays well for what it is, which is a low stress job. Coworkers and culture are great.

      Cons

      Hard to move things forward because of politics. Unless you know the right people, don't expect your career to grow very fast.

      Pros

      You can make over $100 per day most of the time and you meet some nice people for the most part.

      Cons

      They stop paying you what you earn out of nowhere, then play dumb about it. All reps are Indian and very dismissive. The in app gps glitches constantly and sends you everywhere via the interstate, which forces you to spend more on gas. Riders make things up to get a free ride, which leads to the driver getting deactivated.
