      One of the best things of working at Lyft is the impact that your work has over the products, it doesn’t matter if you’re on a technical or non technical role, you have a lot (hopefully positive) impact on the product you’re working on.

      Cons

      Right now there are a lot of uncertainty, layoffs, return to office, no salary increases

      Freedom to start whenever you like and it’s drive as long as you can

      Gas prices are just killing profit and you have to work a lot of hours to make a decent pay
