      Pros

      I came to Lyft for mentorship, ownership and to improve my engineering skills. Overall I think that was achieved but the quality of the overall environment has been trending downwards the entire time I’ve been here. Coworkers are great, you work with some truly smart people Good work life balance Ownership of your projects

      Cons

      Constant thrash in priorities from leadership, cannot stick to a strategy for more than 1 or 2 quarters. Expectations of growth even though there’s not much scope past senior. Currently seeing a lot of burnout and attrition.

      Pros

      You can make over $100 per day most of the time and you meet some nice people for the most part.

      Cons

      They stop paying you what you earn out of nowhere, then play dumb about it. All reps are Indian and very dismissive. The in app gps glitches constantly and sends you everywhere via the interstate, which forces you to spend more on gas. Riders make things up to get a free ride, which leads to the driver getting deactivated.
