The Director was excellent to work with and communication clear. We skyped quite a bit and collaboration was fantastic. I was given quite a lot of creative freedom and trust! Pay was decent for freelance.
Cons
The downside of my pay was that HR communicated they had to pull funds from other freelancers pay to accommodate me...true or not I don't know, but it wasn't in anyone's best interest to share that in a negotiation...
