Horrible management - Mechanic Marathon Petroleum Employee Review

Worst management by far in th industry, no structure, unprofessional, uncoordinated, they recently got rid of a good mechanic and one supervisor hired his friend. Nepotism at its finest, but thats the type of crap these idiots are allowed to do.
