Working in the IT department you have a lot of "IT" personalities. Which means they have little to no personalities whatsoever. These people couldn't hold a conversation for longer than 20 seconds and it usually was based around "What are you having for lunch." Pay is terrible. You can go anywhere else and make anywhere from $10-20k more than you do at MGH. You get a mere 2% raise a year. Bonuses don't exist.
