Nothing to comment. Work environment is good and we are equipped with what we need. Sometimes certain things can take a little longer than at other companies but that's about it.

well they would squeeze you for your skills and once drained, they'll throw you out but will display as they allowed you to resign whilst it was preplanned to avoid giving what you're deserved. If you only have this job and can't survive until you find something better, go with it. If you can wait for better opportunity or current workplace is nicer even for a lesser pay, stay there and use offer letter from this company as a negotiation factor.
