Not many Pros to consider any longer
Cons
Due to constant layoffs within the department morale is low, turnover is high, workload is high. Most good management has left or has been laid off. Management's focus in on the bottom line. Example, employees need to pay for coffee. In the past this was free. You would think management would want workers alert and awake in the afternoons.
