Benefits weren't too bad, although no dental, my immediate supervisor was very competent and amazing to work with and very understanding when it came to missed time. Good tech as well.

Literally no interaction with upper management and no communication. No indication as to company's performance or my own, no annual review. No vision or mission statement, etc.
