Pros
You get to work with a lot of ms related technologies to solve lots of issues.
Cons
You get to work with a lot of ms related technologies to solve lots of issues. Technology company with If it works, don't fix it mentality. afraid of adding new products & features so they don't have to deal with development & training support staff. Very slow to respond to market demand so shifted to use services to generate revenue instead of adding comparable features to their products and making new sales. Lots of office politics.

Pros
Benefits weren't too bad, although no dental, my immediate supervisor was very competent and amazing to work with and very understanding when it came to missed time. Good tech as well.
Cons
Literally no interaction with upper management and no communication. No indication as to company's performance or my own, no annual review. No vision or mission statement, etc.
