Pros
Some of the nicest, most thoughtful people I've ever worked with! Everyone is willing to contribute both within and outside of their roles. Leadership is open to feedback and shows genuine interest in making sure staff understand the business and its goals. You can tell people take pride in the work they do. Great culture. Fair compensation and good health insurance.
Cons
Things move fast and scopes change frequently. Can sometimes be a bit too bureaucratic in their processes. Similarly, can sometimes be a bit too democratic in their decision making. Sometimes leadership just needs to make a decision without the repeated input and deliberation of the entire team, and know that they've fostered an environment where the wider team trusts the decisions of leadership. No need for so much deliberation.
