The benefits are great. The people I work with are all great too.
Cons
It's nearly impossible to speak to someone with HR. If you ever have to call, you'll sometimes need to wait an hour. I hate calling HR to ask questions about my benefits. It's very obvious they are using call centers for HR-related matters due to the company's size. Whenver I have to call, there is a languate barrier. When I got health coverage, I had to figure it out myself.
