Nell'ultimo anno vige sempre meno considerazione del lavoratore da parte dell'azienda e da parte di HR. Si percepisce un forte malcontento generale. L'azienda continua a far finta che vada tutto bene. Stipendi bassi. Nessuna opportunità di crescita.

Pros

I started working at MotorK as an intern and was pleasantly impressed from the very beginning (an example: the first day I found on my table a welcome kit and the working tools + the onboarding process was accurate and provided all the necessary information). During the months I had the opportunity to take part in different projects and have continuous contact with my manager, which allowed me to receive valuable feedback and thus accelerate the learning and growth process. The working atmosphere with the team was always pleasant, and the working flexibility allowed by smart working was definitely another aspect I appreciated. The people I worked with were extremely available and understanding. The company pays in general attention to its employees (e.g the company offers various benefit and training courses for employees, such as English courses, access to platforms like Udemy, etc.). These are just some of the reasons that contributed to making this experience at MotorK truly positive and stimulating. Absolutely recommended for people hungry to learn and grow professionally.

Cons

Work organisation can be improved to reduce the sense of urgency that often accompanies activities. However, this was not always a cons as it has personally enabled me to better learn how to handle different tasks more efficiently and to prioritise tasks appropriately.

Cons

Some products are not established, so a lot of reactive behavior/decisions as a result, based on clients' feedback, translated into a often change and regrouping of teams, often change of priorities and focus; almost like a chaos.
