Unbelievable and Pathetic people Management - Software Engineer Motorola Mobility Employee Review

Completely pathetic management. Pathetic Culture in my team of late My new manager used to behave as if he is the master and rest of the people are slaves.He had no idea of the tech we were working on still he would question your attitude and time you took. Heights of micro management he used to maintain an attendance sheet ,for who is coming how many minutes late.(really don't you have any better work in life). No faith on employee. If you are working from home he will call you more than 10 times to know the progress. Technically poor and old people(Except few).No proper software development process.
