      Unbelievable and Pathetic people Management

      I don't see any pros atleat talking about the cloud team in India.

      Cons

      Completely pathetic management. Pathetic Culture in my team of late My new manager used to behave as if he is the master and rest of the people are slaves.He had no idea of the tech we were working on still he would question your attitude and time you took. Heights of micro management he used to maintain an attendance sheet ,for who is coming how many minutes late.(really don't you have any better work in life). No faith on employee. If you are working from home he will call you more than 10 times to know the progress. Technically poor and old people(Except few).No proper software development process.

      Pros

      Good work life balance as there is no work in company.

      Cons

      There is no future of this company. Frequent layoff, restructuring and there is no visibility. There is no technical work and the worst part is event upper management doesn't know anything about the future projects and work.

Varies by team, however. + Global Scale - what we do typically impacts tens of millions customers globally + Great culture (probably the best among peer companies) + Awesome work/life balance + Current CEO is laser focussed on making a mark

      Lots of competition in the smartphone space means that companies like Motorola are always challenged and hence, there are non stop changes.
