The company truly delivers on its promise of deploying trainees to good product-based companies. The mentors are amazing teachers — patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your growth. Even after deployment, they continue to guide and support you for an entire year, which is rare and invaluable. However, this place is not for those who are not ready to work hard or continuously learn new technologies. If you are committed and passionate about learning, MountBlue can be a real blessing — just like it was for me. Pros: Excellent training, supportive mentors, real deployment opportunities, continuous guidance. Cons: Requires dedication and consistent effort (but it’s worth it).
