      Pros

      No Dress code policy.Can wear casuals every day

      Cons

      They hired employee for Pool and after 6 months if you don't get project you will get half salary after 6 months and after two month if you don't get project then you will be fired. I made a mistake by joining Mphasis, Pune.I spoil by career by joining please do not join Mphasis Pune. Specially Dot Net and Share Point people please do not join Mphasis Pune because they do not have projects in Dot Net or Share Point.

      Cons

      Employees supporting client engagements may encounter challenges when company-issued equipment, access, and operational processes are not clearly aligned. This can create unnecessary friction and delays.
