None that I can think of . The company is far behind in the industry and priorities have become profit over quality and it shows

The upper management is out dated and has a lack of experience. Nothing but tech issues and we are left to just restart as a solution. The ceo is incompetent and just announced we need to come back in 3 days a week because mistakes are being made and lack of employee development . I know at least 2 departments that are the face of the company, personal lines and claims, have been understaffed with a high tuner over for years. Instead of valuing their long time employees they simple just repeat the grass isn’t always greener ln the other side and we are almost fully staffed. The company used to value their employees. Now you just expected to figure it out. The company no longer is exclusive an open to the public. The rates are insanely high and when threats are given by customers they are going to switch there is literally nothing an Njm employee can do to help them cause Njm is now like every other corporate company. We have no jingles, no mascots, and no moral compass.
