Pros

None i can recall of.

Cons

You have to act like a puppy in the office because your opinion doesn't really matter to your superiors. everyone including the ceo of the this startup does the same work and still there's a huge difference between the salaries. They won't credit your salaries on time, they have made a record for not paying the salaries on time. Their are no celebrations being conducted for employees and even if its there they would probably ask everyone to contribute money for that. Its almost like the ceo acts as a dictator. Now he is not bad as a person but definately a bad ceo and doesn't really know how to keep the company going amd employees happy and that is ironic because apparently he did his mba from IIMC. I worked here full time. They dont pay salary slips. and from what i feel their whole way of doing their business is a blunder because they dont actually use their real name while sending out mails and stuff, instead they use made up american names. So yeah its a little wierd. During my small time here people left the company like crazy, and so did i after some time. And the worst thing of all, the ceo acts like he is satisfied by whatever the company is making and have zero intentions of expanding the business in near future, though i am sure that will be hard to attain given that they are not able to keep there employees hooked with them. plus you will practically learn nothing new after being here for a month like literally nothing. You might get upgraded to a better profile after sticking with them for a year or so but you will still be doing the same job you did when you first joined.

Pros

Smaller company with lots of growth opportunities and direct access to upper management. Positive work environment where everyone is friendly and helpful. Clear expectations, with all employees monitored equally, leading to fair evaluations. Regular appraisals that provide great potential for career growth. Open to hiring freshers, giving new graduates a chance to gain experience. Regular employee engagement events that help build relationships, even in a remote setting. Flexible work hours with options for remote and hybrid work arrangements.

Cons

Being a smaller company, there can be a lack of mentorship for higher-level positions. 6-day work week, with half-days on Saturdays.
